We operate a minimum of 176 school days in accordance to the requirements of the Illinois State Board of Education. **CARE days are clearly marked on the calendar - caveat, we must have a minimum of 15 children registered to provide CARE on those days. You MUST register for all CARE Days at the beginning of the school year.
**Changes to the calendar may occur--please check your classroom blogs and school wide emails for changes and updates.**
Montessori Mornings will be held the last Thursday of each month, except December & March.
Keep up to date on what's happening! Classroom Directresses use their blogs to create a snapshot of activities as well as keep you informed on important information, such as special events, calendar updates, or general classroom information.
Each classroom has their own blog. Click on the button below to sign in and access your child's classroom. You will need to do this for each classroom if you have more than one child attending AGBMS. Be sure to check with your child's Directress to obtain sign in information for the classroom blog.
We also create a quarterly newsletter, AGBMS Stars. It is a summary of the news and happenings for the past quarter, along with other topics of interest we want to share. Click on the button below to check it out!
We have a very unique partnership with MRX which enables our teachers to share their weekly observations of your child as well as photos and videos. A username and password is required to access your child's records. Please contact the front office or your child's classroom teacher for this information.
We've found it easiest to view videos if you are using Firefox, but if you are downloading pictures, Google Chrome works best. Once you log-in, you will see our welcome screen along with several menu items across the top. Click the button below to see a description of what you can do and see on MRX.
